金湖鎮正義里成功村於元宵節晚間在仙鶴寺舉辦「成功發財博錢母」祈福活動，縣府參議陳金增、金湖鎮民代表會主席蔡乃靖及多位代表到場共襄盛舉。今年是活動第二年舉辦，延續閩南傳統民俗，現場準備50個錢母紅包與100個紅龜，民眾焚香拜拜、擲筊祈求闔家平安與財運亨通，陳佑儒連擲7聖杯刷新紀錄，為活動增添熱鬧氣氛。

成功宮廟管委會表示，博錢母活動象徵仙鶴寺玉女娘娘與溫王爺賜福，祈願鄉親闔家安康、財源廣進。陳金增參議也贊助新台幣3000元參與開擲，並祝福大家元宵節快樂、萬事圓滿。蔡乃靖主席強調，活動不僅延續傳統，也凝聚地方向心力，吸引年輕一代參與，讓信眾在歡樂氣氛中認識民俗、尊重信仰，迎接新的一年好運與福氣。

金門縣農產試驗所公告辦理115年度果樹推廣登記事宜，為推動果樹綠化、促進土地多元利用並降低農民栽培負擔，今年共提供龍眼、檸檬、紅肉芭樂、芒果、百香果、桑椹、楊梅、枇杷、珍珠芭樂及木瓜等10種果樹種苗，登記時間至3月6日止，民眾可於上班時間來電或透過Google表單登記，因數量有限，額滿為止。

農試所表示，本次推廣採使用者付費原則，酌收苗木成本及管理維護費。領苗時間預計3月27日先發送烈嶼鄉登記農友，4月1日起開放一般民眾領苗，領取期限至4月24日止，逾期未領將視同放棄，提醒完成登記民眾依期限前往領苗。

115年勞動節有3天連假，交通部民用航空局宣布臺金管制航線將於115年3月9日（週一）上午9時起開放訂位。本次臺金航線運能共提供404架次、34,412個座位數。金門縣政府已請民航局要求航空公司持續注意訂位狀況，後續並將視需求適時增班。

本次勞動節連假自115年5月1日（週五）至5月3日（週日）止，共3天。民航局規劃115年4月30日（週四）至5月4日（週一）為航空疏運期，計5天。交通部提醒自本次勞動節連假起，將實施分級退票措施，針對加註「逾期作廢」退票限制之機票，採退票費用分級規定如下：

一、起飛日前7天（含）以前辦理退票，退票費用不得超過票面價10%。
二、起飛日前1日至6日辦理退票，退票費用不得超過票面價20%。
三、當日起飛前辦理退票，退票費用不得超過票面價30%。

藉由分級退票機制，鼓勵旅客及早釋出未使用機位，使離島尖峰時段有限座位得以更有效率運用。

為改善浯江溪口濕地生態環境，縣府持續推動外來入侵種「護花米草」移除作業，近期已初見成效。原本覆蓋潮間帶泥灘地的米草明顯減少，地貌逐步恢復自然狀態，有助於底棲生物棲息及候鳥覓食。副縣長李文良表示，感謝相關單位投入人力與機具執行清除工作，有效抑制擴散情形。

縣府指出，浯江溪口為重要濕地環境，具有生態與保育價值，未來將持續監測復育成果，防止再度蔓延，並朝濕地保護區目標努力，結合社區與志工力量，共同守護在地生態資源。

楊鎮浯表示，在黨中央定案後，他選擇以大局為念、以團結為重，尊重黨中央的決定，同時也呼籲黨內應正視地方對於程序正當性期待，避免再以倉促作業撕裂支持者，讓努力建設成果被內耗拖累。

國民黨金門縣長選舉黨內提名登記於2月27日截止，最終僅現任立法委員陳玉珍1人完成領表及登記程序，先前曾公開表態將「參選到底」的前縣長楊鎮浯並未領表登記。原本外界預期的黨內激烈競爭演變成「一個人的武林」，藍營預計明日中常會將通過正式提名陳玉珍代表國民黨參選金門縣長案。

陳玉珍也指出，未來8年金門的關鍵字將是「長照醫療」與「智慧城市」。她表示將強化長期照護與醫療量能，把長輩照顧好，讓年輕世代能安心出外打拚、無後顧之憂。陳玉珍同時提出推動智慧觀光、智慧醫療、智慧教育與智慧交通建設，全面提升島嶼治理效率與競爭力，讓金門邁向國際化的智慧島嶼。

受日前濃霧影響，金門地區海空交通一度受到影響，隨著天候逐步好轉、霧氣漸散，3月4日疏運作業已大致恢復正常，航班及船班多依原訂規劃辦理，惟實際運行情形仍將視現場天候與調度狀況彈性調整。相關單位將持續關注氣象變化，適時因應，也提醒旅客出發前留意最新交通資訊，以利行程安排。

近期正值季節交替時節，清晨及夜間仍可能出現局部霧氣，建議民眾隨時掌握航班與船班動態，並預留充足交通時間，以避免行程受影響。

金門縣農業試驗所公告，115年春季蔬菜穴盤苗即日起至3月6日開放登記，此次推廣品項包含西瓜、南瓜、冬瓜、甜瓜、胡瓜、甜椒、辣椒、茄子、黃秋葵、苦瓜及絲瓜等，價格每株5至8元不等。

農試所說明，訂購未滿800株者須自行領取，可於3月31日至烈嶼鄉農會或4月1日至4月15日來所取苗；滿800株以上由農試所協助運送，並預收總價20%。提醒鄉親把握登記期限，亦可揪團訂購享免運服務。

內政部移民署所屬內政部移民署金門縣服務站為提升便民服務品質，將於3月2日至3月6日辦理行動下鄉服務，協助民眾就近申辦金馬證，服務時間為每日上午9時至11時30分。巡迴地點依序為3月2日於金城鎮公所、3月3日於金湖鎮公所、3月4日於金沙鎮公所、3月5日於烈嶼鄉公所及3月6日於金寧鄉公所辦理。

金門縣服務站表示，此次行動下鄉服務係考量鄉親往返奔波不便，主動將服務窗口設置於各鄉鎮公所，讓民眾免於舟車勞頓即可完成申辦手續，落實政府貼心便民理念。提醒有需求的民眾事先備妥相關證件資料，以利現場作業順暢，歡迎鄉親把握時間多加利用。
