受到濃霧影響，2日清晨尚義機場能見度僅約400公尺，低於起降標準，台金航線多數航班被迫取消。適逢228連假結束，不少準備返台上班、開學的旅客行程受阻，只能滯留機場等待通知。道路視線同樣受影響，駕駛人放慢車速，小心通行。所幸接近中午時分陽光露臉，濃霧逐漸散去，機場恢復正常起降作業。

然而傍晚太陽下山後，濃霧再度籠罩機場上空，能見度下降，多數航班再次取消或延誤，機場整天「開開關關」，讓旅客行程大亂。航空公司人員忙於協助劃位與改班，盼減少滯留人潮影響。隨著金門進入霧季，天候變化難以預測，航空站也提醒旅客，出發前務必查詢最新航班與氣象資訊，以免影響行程安排。

王柏儒目前服務於消防局金城消防分隊，在入伍前從事工程業，擁有豐富的室內裝修實務經驗。進入分隊服役後，他發現基層消防單位的裝修器具或設施偶有損耗，便主動請纓，利用休息時間發揮專業，為分隊修繕各項器材。這不僅延長了裝備的使用壽命，更為分隊省下了不少報修公帑，成為同仁眼中不可或缺的「全能助手」。分隊也利用柏儒室內裝修的專業背景，執行「獨居老人消防宣導訪視」勤務，挨家挨戶為獨居長者安裝住警器（住宅用火災警報器）。柏儒發揮職人精神，自己攜帶專業電鑽，不畏安裝難度，只為了讓住警器安裝發揮最佳偵測效果，並耐心地向長者解說宣導，展現出謙遜有禮的人格特質，為守護鄰里注入正能量。從分隊內部的修繕維護到社區獨居長者的防火安全，王柏儒均能以主動積極的態度面對。

金門縣金城鎮民生路段位處金城市區核心地帶，為重要交通幹道之一，平日車流量大、尖峰時段交通繁忙，相對停車需求增加，為改善金城市區路邊停車環境，提升道路交通秩序與通行效率，前於金城鎮第三期區段徵收工增設金城幼稚園後方「社六」及「住3-1-1」施作臨時停車場，提供500位汽車停車格，同步於113年11月於民生路與中興路口辦理交通改善工程，增設左轉專用道及直右分流車道，同時配合綠燈早開時相，以緩解左轉與直行車輛之衝突，並教育民眾停車觀念。

經縣府持續就民生路段停車管理進行滾動檢討與調整，並會同各級民意代表現勘達成共識後，已重新調整標線，恢復原有快、慢車道配置，並將原停車收費格取消，保留必要身障、婦幼、卸貨車格共七格。

依照無障礙設施設計規範，停車位應保留足夠淨空空間，並銜接平整安全的通行動線。不過現場實況是否完全符合相關標準，仍有待主管機關進一步說明。無障礙設施不只是形式設置，更攸關行動不便者的基本權益。

近期金門地區晨間及夜間經常出現濃霧，能見度降低，可能影響航班與船班運行。縣府提醒旅客出行前，務必留意交通資訊與航班、渡輪異動，適度調整行程，避免因霧延誤而影響行程安排。

此外，濃霧期間駕駛人應保持低速慢行、開啟霧燈並與前車保持安全距離，行人也應注意自身安全，遵守交通號誌與標示。縣府呼籲大家共同配合，讓航運與日常交通都能平順、安全。

為防堵外來入侵種銀膠菊蔓延、降低對金門生態與民眾健康威脅，縣府召開移除計畫工作協調會議，邀集金門國家公園管理處、陸軍金門防衛指揮部及相關單位研商對策，整合公私部門與社區力量，全面展開清除行動。此次行動將持續至5月底，並把握開花結果前關鍵期優先移除，從源頭減量，防止擴散。

縣府指出，銀膠菊繁殖力強，恐排擠原生植物並引發過敏問題，防治刻不容緩。除補助各鄉鎮清除經費與資材外，也推動每公斤5元保價收購及社區評比獎勵機制，最高獎金3萬元，鼓勵全民參與。同時導入外來入侵植物e化通報系統，即時掌握分布與移除成果，滾動檢討防治策略，守護金門自然環境。

國立金門大學校園春意盎然，大學池與壽與國同周邊百餘株吉野櫻與緋紅櫻盛放，粉色花海隨風搖曳，景致浪漫迷人。校方表示，金大為金門地區吉野櫻最集中種植區之一，自植栽首年即綻放花朵，展現良好生長環境。校長陳建民並引用詩句讚櫻之美，寓意學校深耕教育、人才開枝散葉。

師生指出，漫步櫻花林間，滿眼繽紛，令人心曠神怡；不少學生相約拍照留念，社區民眾亦前來賞花踏青，共享春日美景。校方表示，花期預計至四月上旬，歡迎鄉親與遊客把握時節到訪。

本年度金門縣歷經戰地政務時期55歲至64歲三節慰助首次以金門限地「感恩券」的形式發放，115年端節感恩券申請暨發放作業在春節後緊鑼密鼓展開。即日起在全縣各鄉鎮公所民政課受理申請，本節(端節)次凡符合民國50年6月20日以後出生及民國60年6月19日以前出生，並須「戶籍現設籍金門縣」，且「戰地政務終止前（民國81年11月7日）曾設籍金門縣累積滿十年、年滿十六歲者」，可於115年5月15日星期五下班前，備齊申請表、身分證影本等證件，以親自辦理、委託他人辦理（需填妥委託書），或郵寄（雙掛號）逕寄戶籍所在地鄉（鎮）公所，信封上請註明「申請金門縣歷經戰地政務時期五十五歲至六十四歲三節慰助」等方式提出申請，以保障自己權益。倘未及於115年5月15日以前完成申請者，將自下一節次（115年秋節）起發放慰助，敬請鄉親留意，以免自身權益受損。

端節感恩券每份共含35張票券，包括20張100元、10張500元與5張1,000元，合計12,000元，使用期限至115年12月31日止。在規定期限內，民眾可持券於金門在地實體店家消費，但票券不得換現、不得找零、不得儲值，亦不得購買金酒公司家戶配售酒及寧山庫批售酒。

另完成初次申請後，符合資格者日後各節次不用再次申請，惟如果查有於各節前年滿65歲、基準日(申請截止日)前死亡、戶籍遷出金門縣等情事者，將予撤銷發放資格，戶籍遷出經撤銷發放資格者須俟遷入金門縣後再重新申請。

為慶祝2026年元宵佳節，金沙鎮公所今日前於沙美市區（金沙戲院）辦理「2026慶元宵小市集」活動。活動時間為上午10時至下午6時，規劃有美食文創市集、精彩舞台表演、猜燈謎、元宵湯圓手作及馬年造型燈籠發放，歡迎鄉親到場同樂，親手搓出圓滿幸福，感受傳統節慶的溫度！

金沙鎮公所表示，今年「2026慶元宵小市集」活動將於（27）日隆重登場。活動結合沙美商圈以及金沙戲院，規劃豐富多樣的內容，邀請近20攤美食文創攤位進駐，並於上下午各推出一場次應景手作湯圓體驗，同時舉辦猜燈謎活動，讓鄉親一邊欣賞精彩的舞台表演，一邊逛市集和手作體驗中團圓慶元宵，到場民眾還有機會獲得限量馬年造型燈籠。

（1）日13時19分許，張姓陸客（70年次）騎乘微型電動二輪車，沿太湖路一段自新市圓環往太武山方向行駛，行經欲左轉赤東路時，與對向由黃姓民眾（93年次）駕駛、沿太湖路一段往新市圓環方向直行之自小客車發生碰撞。事故造成張姓騎士所騎乘之微電車右側煞車把手斷裂及車殼擦傷等車損，黃姓駕駛車輛前車頭板金亦有輕微擦傷，所幸現場無人受傷。警方到場處理，經初步酒測，雙方駕駛酒測值均為0，詳細肇事原因及責任歸屬仍待進一步調查釐清。

金湖分局提醒用路人，行經無號誌或設有交岔路口處，務必減速慢行，確實做到「慢、看、停」，並依路權規定禮讓通行；少車道車應讓多車道車先行，轉彎車應讓直行車先行，左方車應讓右方車先行。尤其慢車駕駛人若未依規定轉彎、超車、停車或通過交岔路口，將依《道路交通管理處罰條例》第73條第1項第3款規定舉發，籲請民眾共同遵守交通規則，維護行車安全。
