泉州通淮關岳廟（原名關帝廟）為閩南地區歷史最悠久、規格最高的關帝信仰祖廟之一，與金門古寧頭雙鯉古地關帝廟具有深厚的祖廟與分靈從屬關係。雙鯉古地關帝廟創建於清乾隆十三年（1748年），所奉祀關聖帝君香火，正是由泉州通淮祖廟分靈而來，多年來透過「覲祖」與進香儀式，象徵法統傳承與血脈相連，見證兩岸民間信仰交流不輟。

此次泉州方面特地前來雙鯉古地參拜，並致贈玉關帝擺件，表達慎終追遠與飲水思源之情。雙方於廟埕前舉行莊嚴儀式，共同祈願風調雨順、兩岸和平。透過宗教文化的連結，不僅深化祖廟與分靈廟之間的情誼，也為兩岸關帝信仰交流再添佳話。

金門縣政府為帶動5鄉鎮消費人潮，以觀光IP水獺阿特為媒介，推動「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」，首場主題活動（27）日上午在金城鎮莒光樓熱鬧登場，結合阿特主題輪展、紙本集章任務、親子遊戲區、DIY體驗等，吸引不少鄉親與旅客踴躍參與，充分展現金門觀光結合文創、親子互動與在地生態教育的多元魅力。

觀光處說明，首場莒光樓主題活動日紙本集章活動反應熱烈，民眾參與踴躍；加碼推出的「消費任務」亦獲得良好回響，顯示活動成功結合人潮導入與商圈互動，提升地方消費動能，並透過任務設計鼓勵民眾走入店家、認識地方特色。

為迎接熱鬧喜慶的元宵節，金湖鎮公所於2月26日提前辦理「2026元宵賀歲慶團圓」慶祝活動，內容包含提燈踩街遊行、燈謎會、美食饗宴以及多場精彩表演，讓民眾沉浸在濃厚的年節氛圍中，共度歡樂時光。

活動現場也設置了各種攤位，有小朋友喜愛的棉花糖、炸薯條、雞蛋糕、爆米花、地瓜球等美味小吃以及卡通造型氣球等讓民眾感受元宵氣氛。此外，還有公所特地準備元宵節暖心湯圓供現場民眾享用，讓鄉親朋友們「吃甜甜過好年」，並在品嚐美食的同時，也能感受到節日的氛圍與喜悅。

金門一名莊姓男子險遭「愛情騙子」詐取錢財，所幸永豐銀行金門分行專員展現高度防詐警覺性，及時察覺異狀並迅速通報警方，加上金城分局員警到場後發揮防詐專業，警民聯手成功攔阻新臺幣5萬元匯出，保住民眾辛苦積蓄。

在臨櫃辦理時，莊男因書寫匯款單將帳號填寫錯誤，立刻引起銀行專員的高度警覺並察覺有異。行員隨即主動落實防詐機制，對莊男施予關懷提問，過程中發現莊男對於匯款之目的、受款帳號及對象等細節皆交代不清，呈現「一問三不知」的狀況。行員憑藉敏銳的防詐意識，研判莊男極可能遭受詐騙，為避免民眾財產損失，第一時間便立即通報金城分局派員到場，成功在第一線把關。

歡慶元宵佳節，金沙鎮公所與金湖鎮公所分別推出特色創意燈籠，為地方增添熱鬧喜氣。金沙鎮公所設計可愛馬匹造型燈籠，推出粉紅與藍色款式，造型討喜、色彩鮮明，並融入吉祥圖樣與節慶元素，象徵平安好運；金湖鎮公所則推出圓形花燈，以繽紛獨角獸圖樣為主題，部分款式搭配LED燈光效果，夜間提燈更顯吸睛亮眼。

25日14時許，海巡署第十二（金門）巡防區偵獲中國海警船於金門南方水域外分兩處集結，立即調派巡防艇前推至限制水域預置部署。15時，中國海警4艘船，採兩兩一組模式，分別自料羅東方及西南方航入限制水域，並同步向西編隊航行。海巡署4艘巡防艇第一時間採取併航壓迫戰術，堅定拒止其持續深入我國海域。在海巡船艇嚴正警告及強力驅離下，中國海警船最終於17時3分，全數轉向航出我限制水域。

海巡署嚴正澄清，中國不僅利用海警船假藉「執法巡查」名義「常態侵擾」我方水域，更偽造影音企圖營造海巡退讓之錯假情事，完全背離事實。經查，昨日我方對應中國海警船之巡防艇中並無影片中艦艇，顯見陸方影片中所謂我方之回應對話係屬惡意偽造，為典型認知作戰手段。海巡署強調，海巡同仁全天候堅守崗位，恪遵標準作業程序，針對中國海警矮化我國之言詞，均於第一時間嚴正駁斥。海巡署也將持續監控海面情勢，超前部署勤務應處，全力捍衛國家主權及海域安全。

本署接獲金門縣警察局刑事警察大隊通報，有外籍女子以觀光名義來臺，在金門從事性交易，疑有集團介入媒介。本署指揮成立專案小組偵辦，拘提媒介曾男並聲押獲准，續溯源查獲設於臺南市之應召機房，扣得電腦、手機及現金18萬餘元，主嫌王○弘經福建金門地方法院裁定羈押禁見。

115年「快樂做回收，兌換享好康」巡迴活動正式開跑。金門縣環保局表示，本縣資源回收成效卓著，自100年起年年獲環境部資源循環署肯定，114年度資源回收率達57.38%，較前一年成長0.25%，展現縣府積極推動與民眾配合落實的成果。為鼓勵鄉親持續參與，環保局連續第五年舉辦回收物兌換電子票證加值金活動，深入五鄉鎮巡迴辦理，期盼再創回收高峰。

環保局指出，本次活動特別針對較易被忽略或不易回收項目，包括廢筆電、平板、舊手機、燈泡燈管、行動電源、高壓空瓶及含酒精飲料玻璃瓶等，民眾可持縣民卡或悠遊卡辦理加值兌換，讓回收物轉化為實質回饋。活動自3月至10月巡迴金城、金沙、金湖、金寧、烈嶼等地辦理共10場次，各項回收品依數量可兌換20元至60元不等加值金，每人每項限兌換5份，加值金額用罄則改以等值宣導品替代。

環保局提醒，高壓空瓶須先行排空後再回收，鉛蓄電池則交由清潔隊處理，不納入兌換項目。歡迎民眾踴躍參與，一起「快樂做回收」，為環境盡心力，也為自己換好康。相關活動詳情可洽環保局（082-330556）謝小姐。

為迎接旅遊熱潮、強化整體行銷效益，金門縣政府觀光處提前布局2026年觀光活動規劃，繼去（114）年10月20日盤點各單位年度活動後，於今（115）年2月24日再度召開「2026年金門縣觀光活動第二次研商會議」，邀集中央駐金單位及地方十餘個機關共同整合年度活動期程與推廣重點，讓觀光產業及早規劃遊程、包裝產品，吸引更多旅客來金。

觀光處長許績鑫表示，本次會議邀集縣府教育處、文化局、林務所、水試所、畜試所、農試所、塔山發電廠、陶瓷廠、金門縣運動發展中心、各鄉鎮公所及內政部國家公園署金門國家公園管理處等單位，全面盤整2026年活動內容與檔期。除「金門親子嘉年華」、「中秋博狀元餅」、「老兵召集令」、「金門海上長泳」、「金湖海灘花蛤季」、「金寧鄉石蚵文化季」、「浯島城隍文化觀光季」、「高粱老街風獅爺文化季」、「烈嶼鄉芋頭季」及「金門坑道音樂節」等年度品牌活動外，另規劃「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」、烈嶼親子童玩節、「2026金寧！音浪玩水節」、「金湖九宮格」及「搖擺金各演音樂祭」等新興活動，全年預計辦理超過55場次，展現金門多元觀光魅力。

觀光處指出，縣府秉持縣長陳福海「友善金門、多元旅遊」施政理念，將整合後的活動資訊公布於「金門觀光旅遊網」及「金門行動旅服」年度活動行事曆，提供業者彈性規劃遊程，吸引兩岸三地及國際旅客來金旅遊，帶動地方經濟發展。

銀膠菊為外來入侵植物，近年在金門蔓延迅速，常見於荒地、田埂及路旁，不僅排擠原生植物，也可能引發皮膚炎、花粉症及過敏性支氣管炎，對敏感體質者與家畜影響明顯。因繁殖力強，若未在開花前移除，將加速擴散，影響生態與生活品質。

民眾應提高辨識與防範意識，發現銀膠菊時配戴口罩、手套、穿長袖，連根拔除，避免直接接觸。並可通報相關單位或參與社區清除行動，優先處理校園、村里與公園等活動密集區域。全民動員、及早防治，才能有效遏止銀膠菊擴散，守護生態與健康。
