農曆新年將至，金湖下莊村民依循多年傳統，在家戶門前及圓環周邊插掛國旗，街道旗海飄揚、年味濃厚。出生於下莊的洪國利表示，每逢元旦、國慶與春節期間，都會主動號召鄉親一同佈置，希望以國旗妝點街頭，喚起民眾愛國情操，也為社區增添喜慶與熱鬧氣氛。今年懸掛350面國旗，自除夕一路飄揚至元宵，形成壯觀景象。

洪國利指出，下莊昔日曾有「金門西門町」之稱，商業繁榮、人潮絡繹；如今隨著產業轉型，多數居民已轉為上班族，商業活動明顯減少，不少店面也回歸住宅使用，僅剩部分小型單位與長者從事簡易農作或永續就業。儘管街區型態改變，社區仍透過節慶插旗行動凝聚向心力，盼重現往日榮景，也讓年節氣氛在街頭持續延續。

農曆正月初九「天公生」，民間視為玉皇大帝聖誕，金門地區素有登高祈福的傳統。不少鄉親於昨日清晨扶老攜幼，登上金門第一高峰太武山，前往海印寺參拜祝禱，祈求新年平安順遂。雖逢春節後開工日，人潮較往年略減，但仍有不少民眾結伴登山進香。沿途警方加強交通疏導，秩序良好；廟方亦準備素麵與信眾結緣，現場香火鼎盛，氣氛莊嚴熱絡。

海印寺始建於宋代，迄今已有七百餘年歷史，為地方信仰重鎮。今年適逢馬年，廟方提供光明燈、安太歲與祈福卡服務，信眾在大雄寶殿依序參拜，虔誠祝禱。廣場植栽掛滿紅色祈福卡，寫下新年心願。海拔253公尺的太武山，亦是眺望金門景致與健行休憩的熱門地點，使登山進香成為春節期間兼具信仰與運動意義的在地習俗。

正月初九值天公壽，適逢玉皇大帝聖誕，廣濟廟循例舉辦「天公醮」祈福盛典，虔誠秉祈天公賜福，庇佑地方風調雨順、闔境平安。廟方表示，正月初九俗稱「玉皇會」，相傳玉皇大帝聖誕之日，各路神仙同臨賀壽，民間信仰更認為玉皇大帝於臘月二十五下界巡視，至正月初九返回天庭，因此此日格外殊勝，吸引眾多信眾前來參香祈福，場面莊嚴隆重、香火鼎盛。

民俗中有「七不出，八不歸，上九辦事」之說，「九」為天日，象徵至高與吉祥，亦寓意事半功倍、開春順遂。廣濟廟誠摯邀請來往信眾把握良辰吉日，共襄盛舉，祈願新春開工大吉、諸事順心，在天公庇佑下迎向嶄新一年。

位於北山風獅爺的石雕風獅爺，靜立於雙鯉湖畔、古寧頭水尾塔對面，長年守護著地方村落安寧。該尊風獅爺以泉州白石打造，在陽光映照下泛著柔白光澤，質樸莊嚴，成為地方信仰與文化的重要象徵。

早年古寧頭尚未興建慈堤之前，南北山村民長期飽受水患與強勁海風侵襲之苦。為祈求制風鎮水、守護家園，地方陸續設立風獅爺與水尾塔，期盼藉由民間信仰的力量安定人心，也為村落帶來平安與順遂。關於北山風獅爺，地方流傳著多則生動傳說。相傳風獅爺自認長相俊俏，時常戲弄經過的村落婦女，村民為懲戒其頑皮行徑，曾將其左耳敲落；另有一說指出，當年風獅爺安座開光之時，西浦頭一帶天空突然烏雲密布、異象頻傳，村民為破解怪象，悄悄敲壞風獅爺左耳與門牙，烏雲才隨之散去。

為鼓勵長者培養規律運動習慣、打造健康樂活的高齡生活，金門縣政府於金城社會福利館設立的「銀髮健身俱樂部」，將於115年3月9日當週開辦第一期團體課程，即日起開放線上報名。凡年滿65歲以上長者，或55至64歲潛在服務對象皆可參加，在專業師資帶領下循序漸進強化體能，提升生活品質。

本期課程依長者身體狀況與日常需求規劃。每週二下午由李劭君講師帶領核心訓練，強化腹部與下背肌群、提升平衡感，降低跌倒風險；週三上午由陳冠勳講師進行肌力與柔軟度訓練，透過彈力帶阻力及下肢強化，提升行走與日常活動能力；週四上午則由胡巧欣講師結合音樂節奏設計心肺課程，在輕快氛圍中增進耐力與循環功能，讓運動兼具樂趣與成效。

除團體課程外，俱樂部亦提供週四、週五下午自主訓練時段，學員可依個人狀況使用器材持續鍛鍊，逐步建立長期運動習慣。館內並設置InBody身體組成分析設備，協助掌握肌肉量、體脂率與基礎代謝等數據，透過客觀指標檢視訓練成果，增強持續參與的動力。

金門縣政府社會處表示，面對高齡化趨勢，推動健康促進與活躍老化為重要施政方向，盼透過多元專業課程安排，讓長者強健體魄、拓展社交生活，實踐健康有活力的樂齡人生。課程採全程線上報名，如有疑問可洽社會處長青及身障福利科何小姐（082-318823分機67528），歡迎符合資格鄉親踴躍參與。

為協助金東地區脆弱家庭兒少培養生活自理與自我管理能力，金湖社會福利服務中心規劃辦理「解鎖英雄任務三日營」，透過三天循序漸進的任務式學習與團體合作，引導孩童在安全、支持的環境中實際練習生活技能，逐步建立自信，提升未來生活與社會適應能力。

活動以「提升生活自理能力」為核心，設計時間規劃、衣物整理、清潔衛生、公車搭乘及預算分配等貼近日常的任務內容，讓孩子在做中學，累積實用經驗。同時結合分組合作與闖關挑戰，培養溝通協調與問題解決能力；並透過「冷靜屋」、「讚美牆」及情緒主題影片，引導情緒覺察與自我調節，強化團體凝聚力。

金門縣政府社會處表示，持續關注脆弱家庭兒少需求，透過多元服務打造安全支持的成長環境。活動最後以「小小伸展台」成果發表作結，孩子穿上親自挑選的服裝自信登台，分享三日學習心得，並頒發完訓證明，為營隊畫下溫馨句點。未來中心也將持續推出分齡、多元主題活動，陪伴兒少穩定發展、勇敢迎向成長。

為推廣金門多元旅遊魅力，金門縣政府將於2月27日在莒光樓舉辦「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」首場主題活動日「阿特島嶼探險日」，正式啟動五鄉鎮接力輪展。活動以金門特有歐亞水獺為靈感，打造觀光代言角色「阿特」，由日本藝術家Akane結合五鄉鎮特色設計十款造型，透過輪展展示、互動體驗與集章任務，邀請鄉親與旅客跟著阿特走訪金門，深入感受在地文化與生態風貌。

金門縣政府觀光處表示，本系列活動自2月27日至8月9日止，採「輪展＋主題活動日＋週末集章」方式辦理，讓不同時間到訪的旅客都能遇見不同造型的阿特。主題活動日規劃集章抽獎、拍照打卡、親子遊戲與DIY體驗，並結合在地店家推出消費任務，完成指定條件即可兌換限量「水獺阿特盲盒公仔」，帶動地方商機。

輪展場次依序為：2/27–3/29於莒光樓；3/31–4/29於和平紀念園區；5/1–5/31於雙口海濱公園；6/6–7/5於金沙戲院；7/11–8/9於新市公園。此外，228連假期間亦將於金湖新市公園舉辦島嶼生活節，並於莒光公園辦理元宵主燈點燈儀式，活動接力登場，歡迎遊客共襄盛舉。

依據氣象監測及Windy Wind Map模擬資料顯示，本週受東亞境外沙塵移入影響，空氣品質可能出現波動。金門縣氣象站提醒，23日起沙塵隨東北風南下影響本縣，加上福建沿海地區擴散條件不佳，污染物不易排散，在雙重不利氣象條件下，空氣品質指標（AQI）達「橘色提醒」等級機率升高。

氣象站主任林依締表示，橘色提醒代表敏感族群健康可能受影響，呼吸道及心血管疾病患者、孩童與高齡者應減少外出，避免長時間從事戶外劇烈運動，外出時建議配戴口罩並縮短停留時間。預估至25日下半天起，隨新一波東北季風增強，擴散條件逐步改善，沙塵影響可望減緩，空氣品質將逐漸好轉。

金門縣文化局舉行第二屆2025「浯洲彩韻」—金門縣水彩畫協會聯展開幕式，理事長楊天澤帶領會員展出多件創作，呈現金門戰地景觀、古厝建築與島嶼風情。同場另一展區由洪三袁與張君玉推出「遊藝水墨間」畫展，一中一西、風格對比鮮明，吸引近六十位台金藝術家共襄盛舉。

展覽現場除安排導覽解說外，並舉辦水彩創作分享活動，讓民眾近距離了解創作理念與技法發展。，透過水彩與水墨交織呈現島嶼風貌與藝術多元樣態，也在交流互動中凝聚地方藝文能量，為新春藝文季揭開序幕。
