金門縣文化局舉辦「清代閩臺賣身契特展」，即日起至4月12日，精選清代中期至近代橫跨兩百年的閩臺賣身契約文書80餘件，透過第一手史料呈現傳統社會的人身關係、契約制度與民間經濟運作樣貌。古契約文書不僅記錄財產與身分變動，也反映當時社會對權利義務與誠信履約的重視，以及在國家法制之外運作的民間私法秩序。

展覽內容涵蓋收養、人身買賣、婚約、過繼、離婚、改嫁等多種類型，時間橫跨清代、日治至民國初年，展現閩臺地區制度與文化的延續與變遷。展出史料為鐘齊凱、鐘雅音家族珍藏，由鐘金水長年蒐集保存，此次首度大規模公開，期盼促進社會大眾與學界對閩臺契約文化與歷史脈絡的關注。

受鋒面影響，金門地區今（24）日出現短時強降雨，雨勢集中且來勢洶洶，導致金門縣政府內部道路與廣場區域出現明顯積水情形。由於水流沿著地勢快速匯集流動，宛如在縣府內形成一條「飄飄河」，相關畫面在社群媒體流傳後，引發關注。

有民眾指出，縣府內部部分區域日前才完成路面更新工程，質疑是否因施工後道路縱橫坡度出現變化，影響原有排水流向，使雨水集中於建築物前方及通行動線，短時間內形成大面積積水。從現場情況可見，雨水沿著鋪面迅速流動，部分區域水深及踝，行人涉水而行，進出縣府洽公民眾受到影響。

民航局金門航空站啟動「115年春節聯合候補櫃檯」機制，在24日圓滿畫下句點，為期3天的春節收假疏運任務，配合立委服務處與金門縣政府協調調度，在天候穩定與軍民協力支援下，其中金門往台灣的單向疏運人次約2萬8千人，整體運作順暢。

金門航空站統計，自2月18日起至24止，單向疏運人次約2萬8千人；2月21日至今，各航線實際登記候補人數共1880人，截至今日下午2時，已補上1160人，其中台北690人、台中306人、嘉義2人、台南3人及高雄159人，補位率逾六成，有效紓解候補壓力。

針對縣府BOT開發案場域內二樓空間疑似出租予業者設立「博弈性質桌遊館」一事，議員董森堡表示，該BOT案原規劃用途具公共利益性質，如今卻傳出承租業者經營具博弈爭議之桌遊館，引發地方質疑。尤其在董事長卸任前完成租賃決策，時機敏感，縣府應釐清是否涉及契約違規或管理疏失。

對此，縣府回應表示，目前已掌握相關情況，將依BOT契約內容及實際營運情形進行審視。若營運項目涉及違反善良風俗或與原核准用途不符，將要求台開公司提出完整說明報告，並視情節採取後續處置。

金門金寧鄉昔果山一戶余姓家庭，近日接連遭逢重大變故。母親在家中不慎跌落重傷，造成上半身癱瘓，目前安置於松柏園照護；父親隨後又因腦溢血緊急送醫，至今仍在加護病房觀察。短短一個月內，家中兩名經濟支柱相繼倒下，家庭收入瞬間中斷，只剩就讀高中與國中的姊弟相互扶持，生活壓力沉重。

據了解，兩名孩子本身也有先天性眼疾，醫療與生活開銷原本就不小，如今再加上父母龐大的醫療費用，家中經濟幾乎無以為繼。社會處社工已介入評估後續扶助方案，地方鄰里與民間團體也陸續伸出援手，希望協助一家人度過最艱難的時刻。

得知情況後，救國團金門縣真善美聯誼會隨即發起關懷行動，由理事長許雪芳率領幹部前往慰問，並在社工見證下將募得善款親自送達。許雪芳表示，這筆善款來自會員第一時間的踴躍響應，「這不只是金額的累積，更是一份有情有義、有愛有行動的力量。」她強調，當家庭遭逢突如其來的重大變故時，最需要的除了經濟支持，更是社會的陪伴與關懷，希望孩子們在最無助的時刻，能感受到社會並未缺席。

近年本縣鄉親積極投入低碳樂活運動，健康風氣日益興盛。在縣長陳福海「金門運動島、友善幸福城」施政願景引領下，縣府持續優化運動設施與環境，推動多元社會體育活動，打造完善優質的運動空間，滿足鄉親日益提升的運動需求。

金門縣運動發展中心表示，金城體育館前廣場停車場自2月13日起開放免費停車，待收費系統建置完成後，將依規定實施收費管理，以落實使用者付費原則。

為提升在地身心障礙者與長期照顧服務對象之生活品質，金門縣輔具中心設於金門縣社福館，提供專業且多元的輔具服務。凡設籍金門縣並領有身心障礙證明者、符合長期照顧服務對象且有輔具需求者，或經評估確有需要之民眾皆可申請，並以身心障礙者為優先服務對象，確保資源妥善運用。

中心提供輔具諮詢、評估、訓練、適配及維修等服務，同時辦理二手輔具回收與短期借用，並協助弱勢家庭進行輔具媒合，減輕經濟負擔；另透過宣導與體驗活動，增進民眾對輔具的認識，共同營造友善共融的生活環境。

位於昔果山的複合式小館「來！呷！」近日正式開幕，在山城靜謐風景中點起一盞溫暖燈火。餐廳主打以季節為軸心設計菜單，冬季推出招牌羊肉爐，湯頭醇厚溫潤、香氣四溢，為寒冷時節注入暖意；夏季則依時令更換菜色，選用當季食材，推出清爽開胃的特色料理，讓顧客無論何時到訪，都能品嚐最合時宜的美味。
