金門縣社會處今天發布新聞稿表示，縣府在既有生產補助自治條例基礎上，再推出「支持生育加碼補助」政策，今年起每名新生兒再加碼補助3萬元，即單胞胎補助5萬元、雙胞胎每胎補助6萬元，三胞胎以上每胎補助7萬元。

托育政策方面，社會處指出，目前全縣設有7家公辦民營托嬰中心及1家準公共化托嬰中心，可收托幼兒共277名。為進一步回應家長托育需求，預計於今明兩年陸續在金湖、金城、金寧、金沙等地完成公辦民營托嬰中心，新增托育設施布建完成後，預計可新增收托名額130名，並視實際運作情形彈性提升至170名。

今年入冬以來首波寒流來襲，全台各地瘋追雪，金門從周一開始氣溫也是直直落，近兩天溫度也都是在十度以下，清晨出門的民眾體感溫度甚至可能是有零度，大家直呼冷到不行。台灣在追雪，每年冬天的此時，金門陽明湖畔的樹木也跟著染白，原來是候鳥鸕鶿的排遺，無法赴台追雪的鄉親，在金門也可以到陽明湖欣賞一下這片「偽雪景」。

金門一向是有名的賞鳥勝地，除了夏天欣賞栗喉蜂虎之外，每年11月至隔年的3月期間，在金湖鎮的陽明湖以及金寧鄉慈湖等處，在特定時間都可以觀賞到黑壓壓的鸕鶿成群結隊外出覓食，或是樹上棲息，這些鳥群的排遺經過長時間累積以及曝曬之後，變為白色並覆蓋在樹木上，遠遠看去的一片白靄靄的景色猶如雪景一樣。

金門縣金城鎮中正國民小學，即將邁入創校111週年的盛大校慶。今年，校方特別推出校慶主題曲《浯江 咱的名字》。這首歌是為校慶創作的旋律，同時流淌著記憶的光影，向歷代中正人表達深情敬意。中正國小的前身為「浯江小學」，「浯江」這個名字對金門人而言蘊含著深厚的情感連結。浯江溪不只是金門的母親河，它也承載著這片土地的溫柔與歷史記憶。對校園而言，浯江是曾經的名字，是走過歲月仍緊緊相繫的根與源；對孩子們而言，它是起點，是童年記憶裡的溫暖符號。

金門1名洪姓女子日前接到假冒檢察官來電，佯稱辦案需求須請洪女寄送金融卡至指定地點，所幸洪女家屬得知消息，告知洪女這是詐騙，但由於卡片已經寄出，這才向警方報案請求協助。

金城分局指出洪姓女子接獲假冒彰化地檢署檢察官來電，謊稱名下中國信託帳戶涉及洗錢防制法要分案調查，要求洪女將名下帳戶金融卡寄送至台灣，請洪女乖乖配合，隨後對方將電話轉接至假警察謊稱協助報案，並要求加入LINE帳號佯稱因涉及刑事案件須代管財產，需依照指示寄送金融卡至指定地點，洪女不疑有他，便依照詐團指示從超商寄出金融卡。

為提升公共運動設施品質並強化場地管理維護，位於中山林遊憩區中網球場在完成整體更新改善後，於7日舉行「網球場更新啟用暨清潔合作備忘錄簽約儀式」，宣告場地正式重新開放使用，並延續與金門縣體育會網球運動委員會清潔合作關係，深化場地維護機制。

民國115年地方公職人員選舉倒數，國民黨金門縣長人選遲遲未出爐，國民黨副主席兼祕書長 李乾龍去年底赴金門時透露，「將按制度產生最強人選」。金門縣長陳福海與國民黨前金門縣長楊鎮浯曾是競爭對手，罕見在跨年晚會上同台倒數，「海牛合體」令人無限遐想，是否將正式合作，後續仍待觀察。

金東電影院1950年，當時的台北市議會議長張祥傳先生，為了慰勞金門前線軍官，捐款興建戲院，提供軍人休憩遊樂場所，興建的正是金東電影院。那時電影場場爆滿，連帶讓陽翟街區也熱鬧非凡，理髮廳、撞球室、澡堂應運而生；經過數十年，金東電影院在整修後仍然保留50年代的氣息，替往日盛況留下鮮明記憶。

承載無數金門軍民共同回憶的「金沙戲院」，在歷經為期半年的修復工程後，於今（10）日正式重新啟用。金門縣政府特別舉辦「金沙戲院修復啟用典禮」，由縣長陳福海親自主持揭牌儀式，宣告這座沉寂多年的戰地文化地標再度向民眾敞開大門，為沙美商圈注入嶄新活力。

金沙戲院位於金沙鎮沙美商圈的重要節點，自民國53年啟用以來，不僅是地方居民休閒娛樂的中心，更承載許多學子、家庭與駐軍官兵的共同生活記憶。過去戲院為沙美帶來人潮與商機，其建築立面亦成為戰地政務時期娛樂文化的重要象徵，是進入沙美的重要地標之一。然而，隨著時代變遷與消費型態改變，戲院自民國78年停業後長期閒置，令地方鄉親深感惋惜。

為使這份珍貴記憶重回生活場域，金門縣政府自民國104年起即與金沙戲院董事會多次討論，在「活化再利用」的共識下，陸續完成土地變更為第二種商業區（民國105年1月），並於同年11月完成價購與產權移轉，總價購金額新臺幣3,520萬元，為後續修復與再生奠定穩固基礎。

縣長陳福海表示，金沙戲院過去與沙美商圈發展緊密相連，此次修復活化不僅是保存一棟老建築，更是回應地方對生活空間再造與商圈再出發的期待。縣府於114年4月23日召集金沙鎮公所及文化局、城鄉處、觀光處、消防局等相關單位，共同研商活化方向，並核定新臺幣2,000萬元辦理整體修繕工程。

修復工程自114年6月動土，於同年12月順利竣工，修復範圍包含建築立面、騎樓空間、屋頂結構、放映室、室內空間、廁所及擋土牆等設施。工程在保留原有歷史風貌的同時，也同步提升建築安全與使用機能，使老戲院得以安心且長久地被使用。

陳福海縣長進一步指出，金沙戲院的重新啟用，象徵沙美觀光廊帶發展的重要起點。未來縣府將與金沙鎮公所合作，規劃自1月至12月於戲院內辦理至少20場主題活動，並結合沙美商圈及周邊社區發展協會，導入文化展示、手作體驗、觀光服務及夜間活動等多元內容，吸引民眾走進沙美、停留消費，帶動商圈與地方經濟發展。

2026年1月，金沙戲院再次亮燈，不只為電影而亮，更為沙美的生活、社區的凝聚與地方的再出發而亮。未來，金沙戲院將成為連結歷史記憶與未來發展的重要場域，為金門地方創生與老屋活化寫下嶄新篇章。

115年春節臺金航線管制期間自115年2月13日（星期五）至2月23日（星期一）止。為協助鄉親順利返鄉過年，縣府於115年春節正班機及第一波加班機、第二波加班機開放訂位當日，結合本縣五個鄉鎮公所同步開設服務櫃台，協助不諳網路訂位或無法上網訂位鄉親訂位。

觀光處表示，統計兩階段訂位服務，縣府及各鄉鎮公所服務櫃檯共協助鄉親144人次，完成有效訂票327張(觀光處提供)

另為掌握尚未訂妥機位之實際需求，縣府於第二波加班機訂位結束後，隨即啟動「未訂妥機位鄉親人數調查」。後續如彙整需求達一定數量，將據以持續協調交通部民用航空局及航空公司辦理第三波加班機，以爭取更多運能，期能協助更多鄉親順利返鄉團圓。
