為深化傳統匠藝無形文化資產的保存與傳承，及持續推動實現「島嶼博物館」理念，金門縣文化局委由運籌機制計畫團隊國立臺灣師範大學攜手金門歷史民俗博物館，規劃舉辦「島嶼博物館的動態文化體驗：家廟上樑儀式及保存技術傳習」活動。本次體驗活動承蒙金門縣文化資產保存協會、金門城社區發展協會及金門縣辛氏宗親會參與協助；活動將於115年1月19日（星期一）上午8時30分至11時00分，在金門城西門外金門城辛氏家廟舉行，誠摯邀請博物館從業人員、志工及一般民眾踴躍報名並到場參加。

金門擁有深厚而完整的宗族聚落文化，家廟不僅是宗族凝聚的重要核心空間，更承載地方社會的倫理秩序、信仰實踐與歷史記憶，也是理解金門傳統建築與生活文化的重要場域。本次活動以「島嶼博物館」理念為主軸，突破博物館展示空間的界線，串聯博物館館舍與仍持續運作中的宗族生活場域，透過實地走入儀式現場，實踐博物館作為「動態文化場域」的公共角色。

辛氏家廟興建年代已不可考，歷經多次修建與世代使用。近年因族人考量家廟規模及前方建築遮蔽視覺，經族人獻地並重新整建，並擇吉於115年1月19日舉行上樑儀式，拓展為本次傳習活動認識宗族文化及傳建匠藝契機。此一仍持續運作中的宗族營建與儀式行動，實為觀察金門聚落宗族文化與傳統建築保存技術，提供了難得而珍貴的實踐場域。

為凝聚金門縣民間防災力量並強化社區防災體系，金門縣防災士協會日前舉辦「114年度歲末年終交流聯誼活動」，由協會理事長顏少棠親自主持，現場匯聚理監事幹部、工作人員及協會會員，共同針對年度防救災工作進行交流與經驗分享。金門縣消防局也由呂英華局長偕陳國瑋副局長及陳叁奇秘書親自到場致意，為辛勞一整年的防災伙伴加油打氣。

顏少棠理事長在活動中首先針對協會自成立以來的各項成果進行回顧。他指出，金門縣防災士協會在114年配合中央政策方向，由消防局輔導整合縣內防災士組成。雖然團體規模不大，但在過去一年中，協會秉持著「多一份防災，少一份災害」的核心理念，致力於各項防救災工作的關懷與服務。回顧114年度，協會成員不僅在各自的社區內推廣防災教育，更積極配合政府進行防災宣導。顏理事長提到，草創初期雖然資源有限，但在全體理監事與會員的共同努力下，成功建立起防災伙伴的聯繫網絡，讓原本散佈在各鄉鎮的防災種子得以連結，達成健全組織運作與聯繫夥伴情感的首要目標。

金門縣衛生局邀您一同打造無菸健康家園、參加抽獎拿好禮

為降低家庭二手菸及三手菸暴露率，守護縣民及下一代的健康，金門縣衛生局持續推動無菸家庭政策，並賡續辦理「我家不吸菸－健康每一天」無菸家庭招募暨抽獎活動，期望透過獎勵機制提升民眾參與意願，鼓勵更多家庭加入無菸家庭行列，共同打造健康、無菸的居家環境。

本次活動凡未曾參加過本局無菸家庭抽獎活動之家庭皆可報名，經訪查確認為無菸家庭者，即具抽獎資格，中獎家庭可獲得500元等值商品禮券。活動分為「終身拒菸組」（家庭成員皆不吸菸，訪客亦不在家中吸菸）及「拒吸二手菸組」（家庭成員中有人吸菸，但均至戶外吸菸）兩組。

即日起至115年8月31日止，以家庭為單位報名(年滿18歲者擔任家庭代表)，每戶僅限報名一次。報名方式可至金門縣衛生局服務台、五鄉鎮衛生所索取報名表，或至本局網站下載，填妥簡章報名表送至轄區衛生所（需填寫完整，才視同完成報名程序）。

本縣113年家庭二手菸暴露率高達28.5%，家庭已成為菸害的高風險場域。衛生局提醒，二手菸及三手菸中的有害物質，對嬰幼兒呼吸道健康及生長發育影響甚鉅，呼籲家長共同重視居家無菸環境，從家庭落實菸害防制。

金門縣房屋稅徵收率自治條例修正案，在金門縣議會支持下，於114年12月24日三讀通過，修正內容係針對非自住住家用房屋下修稅率，並追溯自114年7月1日開始施行，所以115年期（114 /7/1~115/6/30）之房屋稅即可首次適用全國最低非自住住家用房屋差別稅率。

金門縣稅務局表示，本縣配合中央修正房屋稅條例，歷經114年期房屋稅差別稅率2.0新制，民眾持有之房屋因不符合本人、配偶、直系親屬設立戶籍，或本人、配偶、未成年子女合計持有超過3戶以上之房屋(稅務局提供)

1.出租申報租金收入達租金標準或繼承取得共有之房屋差別税率由原1.5%~2.4%下修為1.5%~2.0%

2.建商待銷售房屋差別稅率由原2.0%~4.8%下修為2.0%~3.2%

3.其他非自住房屋差別税率由原2.6%~4.8%下修為2.0%~2.5%

115年春節年假將屆，今年春節疏運管制期間自115年2月13日至2月23日，共計11天，為利鄉親順利返金過年，持續與交通部民用航空局及航空公司協調加班機，並將於1月6日下午6時起開放春節第二波加班機訂位，金門縣政府及各鄉鎮公所亦將同步啟動服務櫃台，本次北中南航線共提供5,624個座位數，以紓緩返鄉搭機需求。

另依據往年經驗，第二波加開機開賣後，仍會有部分鄉親未訂妥春節機票，因此，縣府將自115年1月7日起，連續7日辦理「未訂妥春節機位鄉親需求調查」，倘彙整需求達一定數量，將據以向民航局及航空公司爭取加開加班機，希望能讓所有金門鄉親順利返鄉團圓。

本次需求調查受理時間自115年1月7日至13日，共7天，調查臺金五條航線機位未訂妥鄉親需求，民眾可透過手機或網路系統進行登記，亦可於上班時間洽縣府縣民服務中心(金門地區請撥1999，外縣市請撥0800-318823)協助上網登錄需求資訊，網址：http://www.flight.url.tw/。

論壇上，多位知名學者圍繞體育管理前沿議題展開深入研討。澳門大學教授黃水波以《澳門世界旅遊休閒中心（體育+文化+旅遊）的發展機遇與挑戰》為題，系統分析了體育、文化與旅遊融合發展的現實路徑，為區域文體旅產業協同發展提供了新思路；香港浸會大學教授劉永松從“運動盛事之都”建設視角，深入探討了香港在舉辦大型體育賽事中的資源優勢與綜合價值，為特色體育城市建設提供了經驗借鑒。

本鎮經武路因路面未設水溝蓋，形成明顯高低落差，近年來頻傳車輛行經時不慎掉落，引發行車安全疑慮。地方民眾反映，該路段彎道處視線不佳，一旦未注意路況，恐釀事故。

鎮長陳文顧表示，自己上任七年來，該路段時常發生車輛掉落路面落差的情形，問題長期存在，惟受限於鄉鎮公所經費有限，無法獨力改善。後續將邀集縣府相關單位進行會勘，研議改善方式並爭取經費，以維護用路人安全。

鎮公所也提醒用路人，行經經武路該路段務必減速慢行，注意路面狀況，避免發生意外。

因應民眾2026年春節返鄉及旅遊需求，交通部民用航空局今（31）日宣布，台灣—金門航線將規畫第二波春節加班機，共提供5,624個座位，並自2026年1月6日晚間6點起統一開放訂位，提醒尚未訂到機位的旅客把握機會，及早搶票。

民航局指出，2026年春節離島管制航線正班機及第一波加班機，已於去年12月9日至11日陸續開放訂位。為回應旅客訂位踴躍及返鄉、觀光需求，航空公司依實際訂位情形再度規畫第二波加班機，其中金門航線釋出5,624個座位，以紓解春節期間運能壓力。

民航局也提醒，透過電話訂位的旅客，須於訂票後3日內完成開票，以利航空公司掌握訂位狀況並加速清艙作業，作為後續加班機規畫依據，請旅客務必留意開票期限，保障自身權益。

此外，春節尖峰時段自2026年2月13日至2月18日（台灣往金門），以及2月18日至2月23日（金門返台）之航班，機票將加註「限當日當班次有效」及「逾期作廢」等使用限制，以確保有限空運資源獲得有效運用。

民航局補充，退票期限為「最遲於 航班起飛前辦理退票」，若旅客因故無法搭乘原訂航班，務必於起飛前通知航空公司取消訂位，並依原機票規定至原開票處辦理退票。

民航局再次呼籲，春節期間機票資源珍貴，請民眾避免重複訂位；如不搭乘，應儘早取消並辦理退票，以利其他旅客候補。同時建議旅客在無法取得理想航班時，可考慮次佳日期、離峰時段或反向航班，亦可安排離島親友來台團圓，避開人潮並減輕訂位壓力。
