為了解及關心本縣籍役男入營受訓情形，縣府11月26日特別前往料羅營區慰問入伍約1個月的陸軍常備兵役軍事訓練第244梯共98位役男，瞭解金門子弟們參加新兵教育訓練、生活管理等作息狀況，建立地方政府與新訓單位良好聯繫溝通管道。本次慰問由陳金增參議代表縣長陳福海，偕同民政處副處長陳國興、軍友社金門聯絡組組長陳偉棠等人，共同表達對役男關懷之意，受到金門守備大隊政戰處長吳風鎮中校、金門守備大隊第一營營輔導長楊念璋少校，及金門縣籍子弟兵的熱誠歡迎。縣府特別致贈每位新兵1份炸雞套餐和飲料，祝福所有新兵們都能快快樂樂入營，平平安安退伍。

鄉親返金過節向為本府所重視之事項，明(115)年春節假期共九天，春節假期長，鄉親返鄉、赴臺日期相對分散，預判尖峰需求將較以往需求更多。縣長陳福海要求觀光處務必超前部屬春節疏運整備工作，爰本府於11月24日邀集金門航空站、車船處、港務處、各鄉鎮公所等相關單位與會，召開115年春節疏運協調會議，共同研討春節期間各項疏運工作，期全面做好春運籌備事宜，讓鄉親順利返鄉過年！

115年春節假期自2月14日至2月22日計9天，其中2月16日為除夕、2月22日為大年初六；民航局規劃管制期間自115年2月13日起至2月23日止，計11天，機票使用限制為「限當日當班次」、「逾期作廢」等。春節航班尖峰方向分為兩階段：第一時段，115年2月13日至2月18日，臺灣往金門；第二時段，115年2月18日至2月23日，金門往臺灣。
115年春節台金航線預估旅運尖峰時段：

• 單向尖峰時段於115年2月13日至17日(初一)返金；115年2月20日至23日(上班日)赴臺。
• 雙向尖峰時段於115年2月18日至19日(初二及初三)傳統習俗回娘家。

本次臺金空運疏運重點工作事項：

• 規劃於115年春節正班機及第一波加班機及第二波加班機開放訂位當天，結合本縣五個鄉鎮公所開設服務櫃台，協助不諳網路訂位或無法上網訂位鄉親訂位。
• 農曆年節期間：縣府規劃於台灣西部5機場(台北、台中、嘉義、台南及高雄)設立鄉親服務櫃台，並在台北航空站及金門航空站辦理聯合候補單一窗口作業，並依民航局旅客疏運A、B、C計畫及候補情形，適時協調相關單位啟動疏運機制。

金門金湖鎮太武山停車場近日進行擴建工程，今（25）日上午一名工人聞到刺鼻惡臭後循味走入施工區旁的草叢，竟看見一名男子倒臥地面、早已死亡多時，嚇得立刻報案。警消趕抵後確認死者明顯死亡，現場隨即封鎖，檢方也已介入調查。

警方獲報後，立刻到場封鎖案發現場。據了解，游姓死者設籍在新北市，非金門本地人，警方將聯繫台灣家屬處理後續事宜，詳細死因待警方查明確認。(警方提供)

金門縣政府產業發展處今年持續配合農業部林業及自然保育署推動「瀕危物種及重要棲地生態服務給付推動方案」，正式公告啟動 115 年金門友善水獺生態服務給付計畫，並自即日起接受社區與在地民間團體申請，期望透過社區合作與民眾參與，持續提升金門歐亞水獺棲地保育效能。

115年度給付方案，共規劃為三大項目，包含以社區、團體為對象之「巡護監測給付」、魚塭等經濟生產區域入侵之「自主通報給付」、以及通報水獺受傷或死亡之「水獺通報獎勵金」，其中社區巡護自即日起開放申請。(產業發展處提供)

金門縣政府115年度短期臨時工報名已截止，經過一天半計有489人報名，其中一般身分者349人、特定身分者140人。縣府社會處表示，經審查符合報名資格之人員，將可繼續參加114年12月2日上午9時公開舉行之抽籤作業，將抽出270個名額，正取及備取名單將由縣府於114年12月5日統一公布於金門日報及縣府網站。

為推動廉能政府並提升防詐意識，金門縣政府政風處持續深入新住民族群進行宣導，強化其對在地法令與政府運作的認識。114年11月23日，政風處攜手廉政志工於活動現場辦理反詐與廉政推廣，鼓勵新住民積極參與公共事務、認識廉政法令。李文良副縣長及歐陽儀雄副議長亦到場關心與鼓勵，展現縣府對多元文化共存與廉政教育的重視。
