為協助金門在地青年與創業業者提升品牌競爭力與市場經營能力，「115年金門縣青年創業輔導及創業一站式服務計畫」將於3月9日晚間於後浦商圈舉辦創業小聚，邀請金城鎮後浦商圈發展協會總幹事吳伯揚及離島青年創業代表林庭旭，分享地方品牌經營與返鄉創業的實務經驗，期望透過邀請金門創業青年親身體驗說菜魅力的模式跨領域交流，強化在地創業能量與產業發展動能。

本次活動專題演講特別邀請長期投入金門地方產業整合與文化推廣的吳伯揚，以極具代表性的文化餐飲品牌「總兵宴」為案例，分享如何透過整合行銷策略，成功將金門歷史文化轉化為具市場價值的觀光餐飲體驗。吳伯揚分享，「總兵宴」透過復刻歷史場景與情境式用餐設計，結合品牌故事行銷、場域空間營造及觀光客群經營，不僅提升文化體驗價值，更成功帶動後浦商圈觀光人潮，成為體驗經濟的成功示範。活動中也將深入解析品牌從概念發想到市場推廣的完整歷程，提供業者掌握文化轉譯與品牌整合行銷的關鍵策略。
