農曆春節將至，年節採買人潮逐漸湧現。為確保縣民於大型賣場及量販店購物安全，金門縣政府日前由消費者保護官會同消防局、衛生局、稅務局、社會處、產業發展處及城鄉發展處等相關單位，針對縣內多家大型賣場實施公共安全聯合稽查，全面檢視建築物公共安全、防火避難設施及相關設備維護情形，期能提供縣民安心、舒適之消費環境。

縣府表示，春節前夕加強大型消費場所公共安全稽查，目的在於事前提醒與輔導業者重視公共安全管理，並非以裁罰為主要手段。盼透過主動檢查機制，降低災害風險，避免不必要損失，確保消費者生命與財產安全。

縣府強調，各大賣場除提供縣民便利購物服務外，亦應善盡場所管理責任，確實維持防火避難設施功能正常，確保安全門、逃生動線及走道暢通，並加強電扶梯、昇降設備及各項防火避難設施之日常巡檢與維護，以因應春節期間人潮增加所帶來之安全需求。

此外，縣府特別呼籲業者，切勿於安全門、樓梯間、防火鐵捲門下方、排煙室或走道等處堆置雜物或貨品，以免阻礙逃生動線，造成公共危險。同時提醒縣民於公共場所購物消費時，留意周遭逃生避難路線，如發現疑似影響公共安全情事，可隨時向城鄉發展處通報；倘經查獲違規事項，將依《建築法》相關規定辦理裁處。

縣府表示，未來將持續嚴格把關消費場所公共安全，營造安全無虞之購物環境，讓縣民安心迎接新春佳節。

年糕活動不僅延續傳統習俗，也凝聚社區向心力，讓居民在歡樂氛圍中迎接新年。居民們互相交流製作技巧，也分享過往過年的回憶，大家邊做邊笑，感受到濃濃的年節溫暖。透過共同努力，年糕完成後，居民們都感到滿足，也更加認同和珍惜山外社區的傳統文化與人情味。

太武山海印寺住持性海法師日前於福田家園舉辦歲末感恩餐會，邀請餐廳辦理外燴，宴請福田家園、松柏園、金湖日照中心、晨光基金會與金湖失智據點長輩，共同圍爐迎新年。餐會安排在熟悉且無障礙的院內空間，讓行動不便長者安心用餐，感受年節溫暖。

餐會由性海法師主持，縣議員周子傑、董事洪國正及縣府副秘書長李廣榮、社會處長王茲繐等人出席，肯定海印寺長期投入社福關懷。性海法師表示，歲末餐會希望拋磚引玉，鼓勵更多人關懷弱勢；縣府與晨光基金會亦致贈感謝狀與祝福，讓長者感受到社會的支持與溫暖。

春節將屆，中國海警侵擾行為仍未停歇，9日下午，海巡署金馬澎分署第十二巡防區偵獲 4 艘中國海警船編隊侵入金門限制水域。海巡立即超前部署，派遣巡防艇併航監控，並透過中英文無線電警告，最終於下午 4 點 50 分成功將船隻驅離我國水域。

海巡署表示，維護國家主權及海洋權益責無旁貸，春節期間已加強岸海聯防與科技監偵，全天候保持最高強度部署與反應，有效防堵灰帶侵擾。海巡有信心守護主權與海域治安，確保民眾安心過好年。

為向國軍官兵表達敬意與感謝，並傳遞社會關懷與支持力量，救國團金門縣真善美聯誼會於今(10)日辦理「真善美新春敬軍・寒冬送暖關懷行動」，前往金門防衛部混砲營進行敬軍慰問，感謝官兵長年戍守前線、守護家園，為國家安全付出的辛勞與奉獻。

金門縣真善美聯誼會會長許雪芳表示，救國團自成立以來，長期與國軍維持深厚情誼，透過青年教育、公益服務與關懷行動，落實全民國防、軍民一體的核心精神。此次特別選在新春期間前往營區致意，希望以實際行動傳遞社會正向能量，凝聚軍民同心，共同守護國家安全。

本次敬軍行動由真善美聯誼會姊妹們共同參與，並準備泡麵、運動飲料等慰問物資致贈官兵，盼在官兵繁忙的戰訓與勤務之餘，增添一份溫暖與鼓舞，同時表達地方社會對國軍官兵的誠摯關懷與支持。

金門防衛部混砲營官兵代表對救國團金門縣真善美聯誼會蒞營慰問表達由衷感謝，並表示官兵將持續堅守崗位、精實訓練、強化戰備，守護金門安全；也感謝地方團體以實際行動支持國軍，讓官兵深感溫暖與鼓舞。

中國國民黨副主席季麟連8日到訪金門，上午前往金門植物園參加地方活動，與民眾近距離互動交流。季麟連表示，金門兼具生態、人文與戰略意義，是國內重要且具特色的地區，此次走入戶外場域參與活動，期盼傾聽在地聲音，了解鄉親需求，並肯定金門長期在環境保育與觀光發展上的努力成果。

季麟連也指出，透過參與地方活動，不僅能拉近政黨與民眾的距離，更有助於凝聚地方共識，強化基層連結。他強調，未來國民黨將持續關注金門各項建設與發展議題，結合地方力量，協助推動相關政策與資源挹注，為金門的永續發展與鄉親福祉共同努力。

金門在地企業聖祖股份有限公司舉行114學年度聖祖獎學金頒獎典禮，今年共計有54位學子獲獎，聖祖公司總經理陳緣姿期待透過獎學金的鼓勵方式，學子們不僅能在學業上取得更大的成就，未來繼續努力求學，學成後返鄉服務回饋鄉里，並成為對社會有貢獻的人才。

114學年度聖祖獎學金頒獎典禮於總公司舉行，由總經理陳緣姿頒發各組得獎人員。陳緣姿向獲獎同學表達祝賀之意，陳緣姿提到，聖祖已連續四年設立自辦獎學金，主要是在表揚跟鼓勵品學兼優的同學們。今年一共有54位同學獲得此項殊榮，他們來自各個不同的年齡層，無論是大學組、高中職組、國中組，還有國小組，每位都擁有優秀的品格與卓越的成績。

警方以擬似真槍裝填塑膠火藥彈實施演練，警車鳴笛實施圍捕，引起路人的圍觀。負責扮演歹徒的員警戴口罩帽子，並持槍攜帶旅行袋衝進「兆豐銀行」，搶走新臺幣500萬元現鈔。過程中正在櫃檯換新臺幣之陸客也遭搶，警方接獲報案迅速派遣線上警力趕赴現場，實施封鎖現場、攔截圍捕，最後在警方部署之攔截點，成功將2名搶匪緝獲。

為提升旅遊淡季觀光熱度，金門縣政府透過多次與地方觀光產業代表座談，精心規劃推出「2026樂遊醉美金門－遊金門領好酒」活動，期盼吸引更多遊客走訪金門、深度體驗在地魅力。活動期間限量贈送10,000瓶「霧橋海金門高粱酒」，以其獨特風味與精緻包裝廣受好評。

活動自2月1日啟動，截至2月8日止，已有近六成遊客完成兌領，累計兌領人次逼近6,000人，不僅顯示金門在旅遊淡季仍具高度吸引力，也有效帶動觀光與消費動能，為地方經濟注入活水。

金門縣觀光處表示，活動開跑以來，遊客對霧橋海贈酒反應熱烈，除肯定酒品品質外，也對酒瓶與包裝設計讚譽有加，認為極具紀念與收藏價值。兌領首週來客族群多元，涵蓋家族旅遊、情侶出遊、朋友結伴及團體旅遊等，不少遊客在領取酒品後立即與同行親友合影留念，並分享至社群平台，展現金門旅遊的親和力與多樣性。

依兌領統計資料顯示，週二至週四及週六兌領人數相對較少，每日約500餘人次；週五、週日及週一則為兌領高峰，單日最高達864人次。值得一提的是，本活動兌領須提供「金門住宿收據或發票」，藉此鼓勵遊客在地住宿與消費，進一步活絡觀光產業，提升商家收益。

兌領服務時間為每日上午8時30分至下午5時，兌領地點包含尚義機場、水頭碼頭及昇恆昌金湖廣場（各據點服務時間略有不同）。考量酒品數量有限，且預期將迅速兌領完畢，觀光處提醒遊客把握時間前往兌領。另須注意，機場與碼頭兌領櫃檯將於2月12日（週四）後關閉，自2月13日（週五）起，統一改至昇恆昌金湖廣場兌領，剩餘數量將公告於「觀光處－金門觀光逗陣行」網站，供民眾查詢。

整體而言，「2026樂遊醉美金門－遊金門領好酒」活動不僅成功提升淡季旅遊熱度，也深化遊客對金門的印象，為未來觀光發展奠定良好基礎。金門的迷人風光與獨特魅力，持續期待吸引更多旅客前來探索。
