為推動在地產業創新升級，金門縣政府於4月20日在風獅爺購物中心舉辦115年地方型SBIR計畫「說明會暨計畫書撰寫課程」，吸引眾多中小企業到場參與。現場針對今年度計畫重點進行完整說明，除持續聚焦民生、食品及觀光產業外，更進一步導入AI人工智慧應用與淨零轉型方向，鼓勵業者透過創新研發提升競爭力。縣府指出，只要是設籍金門的中小企業，提出具創新性與市場潛力的提案，即有機會獲得最高100萬元補助，為企業注入成長動能，也為地方產業發展帶來新契機。
本次活動除說明補助計畫內容外，也特別規劃計畫書撰寫課程，由專業講師針對提案架構、內容撰寫與經費編列進行深入解析，並提供現場一對一諮詢服務，協助業者釐清申請流程與常見問題。許多參與業者表示，透過實務案例分享與即時指導，對於計畫撰寫方向更具信心，也更了解如何提高申請成功率。縣府強調，地方型SBIR計畫不僅提供資金支持，更是推動企業轉型的重要平台，未來將持續整合輔導資源，協助在地產業掌握創新趨勢，打造兼具競爭力與永續發展潛力的產業環境。
